After reading all the mixed reviews, I was a little hesitant about this place. Still decided to give my Alesis drum kit High hat pedal to Paras Electronics for repairs. Due to unavailability of their regular person it took lil more time but still it went well and now it's working properly.
The only thing is charges are too high. one can add some money and buy brand new. The receptionist and other staff members are humble and cooperative. Their whatsapp response,estimation and invoicing process is well set. They should work on their costing, rest everything is perfect

I have given a mixer for repair, the estimate was so high that I took it back, these people tempered it and made it dead completely, worst service from the service centre.

Had went there to get my audio interface repaired. The lady said she'll give me a call just another day to confirm about its estimated cost and other details. But no response. I had to call them for 3 days repeatedly to just confirm.. Everyday they'd promise a callback but I never got any.
However, on the third day they said they'll not be able to repair it and to come and collect it. I went and got it back.
So, I came home and opened it myself. I found that there were few screws missing inside and the power LED was misplaced.
This is the service they offer!
