This outlet is located at 3Rd floor food court. I tried parathas at their different branches. But somehow taste was not upto the mark here. Stuffing was less too. And chai was pathetic. Tried their paneer onion paratha. It was looking good but taste wise it was very ok types.

Didn't like the attitude of people on counter. They are kind of not receptive in communication. I had asked them for the bell they have which rings when order is done because seating is quite complex in the mall food court. They rung the bell much much before the order was ready with winks of filthy attitude.

Very very disappointing in terms of customer service and hospitality.

This outlet is located on the third floor of R City Mall in the food court and you can easily notice it from a distance.

Coming to the food we had ordered a Combo order which had Chole Bhature (contained two types of chole one the regular one and the other a unique chana masala type), Tawa Pulav, 3 pieces of masala puri, and a glass of buttermilk. The combo offer was really good and we found the quantity to be sufficient for two people even when hungry. The Bhature were nice and fresh and both the types of chole tastes really good although the regular one contained lots of garlic but that was fine. The tawa pulav was a bit on the average side and the taste could have been improved. The buttermilk was really great and nicely spiced. One of the best buttermilk I have ever had. And the combo was not too heavy on the pocket costing us Rs. 265 for the whole package.

Now we had also ordered a plate of Paneer Pakodas. And let me tell you those are one of the finest Paneer Pakodas I have ever eaten. Also, they serve two very small cups (cutting chai is a better word) of tea with those pakodas and mind it you will fall in love with the tea more than the pakodas. The tea is the best I have ever had and absolutely delicious. The pakodas are served hot and each plate has around 10-12 pieces. Although they can reduce the chat masala they sprinkle on those pakodas which will reduce the saltiness but rest the taste is wonderful.

All in all, a really nice outlet serving some good quality food with some great taste. Try once and you are sure to like the taste.
