Protean eGov Technologies who looks into PAN Card information update and change, told us to get a RajPatra (Gazette) from collectors office. So we went here and the staff there behaved like they don't even know what is RajPatra (Gazette). They looked at each-other in a puzzled manner and said. "Yaha pe nahi banta." When we asked where it is made, they had no clue about that too. Finally had to get it done from an e-seva kendra for a fee.
