I would like to thank the NC Jewels for making their beautiful looking collection to be available online, in perfect prices and safely couriered.

I recently bought 6 small items and in this process, I contacted NC Jewels to know if there was any other design which was not available online and I could buy that (I live far away from Mumbai , so could not visit them in person).

It was an awesome experience to speak with them over the phone and then I was given few designs of an item on Whatsapp, along with I chose one of the design and it was made available for me to purchase online in just 10-12 mins, as committed.
This is something I never ever experienced with any of the e-commerce business before and was an unforgettable and memorable experience.

As a client who troubled them considerably, I did not buy the item that I requested them to make available and rather bought a different design.(that was already available on the web site). I am really sorry to get this done to you team NC !!

All the items were aptly packed, couriered with a very reputable courier service in India, packed in separate boxes (as I requested, though I was told that they send separate packing for each and every item, still I requested them the same explicitly after placing the order over the WhatsApp communication) and were delivered to me in less than 3 days of order.

Now, the real thing the silver items - as beautiful as they are seen in picture, look lovely all of them, and I am happy to receive them in such a great price.

Price - just perfect (if one compares the quality, design, weight of the item and calculate per gm of price of NC Jewels it would be almost half of what we get into other reputed branded silver jewelry which is available. This is just awesome, a delight actually. (not to forget to mention a discount of 5%, though I asked for little more , however, was not given .. )

Lastly, I am grateful to team NC for making available such lovely pieces of jewelry online to the customers like me who can not visit them in person due to distance concern. Moreover, the details mentioned on the website are exactly a match with the product and it looks absolutely as beautiful as it is online.
