Very poor service. Buses are not upto the name standard. Their buses take food breaks on such ugly and poor hotels while traveling. Washrooms are dirty at these places. They don't stand by their brand name. Really pathetic. The bus which we booked that not even Neeta Travel's bus.

First time travelling with Neeta Tours & Travels. My experience was awesome ????. proper push back seat with very good quality and design.

Worst bus service. They deboarded all the passengers from the bus in the middle of the highway at night and put in another bus with non-functional ac and non-openable windows.

Many people were suffering from suffocation and having severe headache.

Customer care was not helpful at all. First call was made to mr. sunny satpute from customer care, who never got back to us with a solution. The second person on customer care asked us to tell the driver to take the bus to neeta office and asked the customers to ask for refund there. Is this what a customer is supposed to do in the middle of the night for no fault of theirs? Forget instant refund, inspite of complaining by multiple passengers, they were very arrogant and were asking passengers to book an uber and reach their destination. They have zero concern for passenger safety. Buses are in worst condition. Drivers and cleaners have no answers.

Avoid them at all costs for your own safety even if they offer to take you for free.

Never taking a Neeta Bus again in the future.
