I consulted Dr. Anjali Nair for my Neck and shoulder pain after I tried 2 five star rated physiotherapist in Borivali who were 10+ years experience; whose experience only worsened my pain. But after visiting Dr Anjali I realized experience doesn't count when Doctors can't understand patients pain and discomfort.Dr.Anjali was very calm and cooperative for guiding me through the process, always listened patiently for every updates in pain and treated accordingly. I would highly recommend consulting her .

I happen to meet Dr.Namrata Wankhade, Physiotherapist. I must say her way of treating patient is plain Awesome!!
In a time when our world is so face paced, I needed someone who will listen to my health concerns and responds appropriately that info. She takes her time with me and listens to what I tell her. She runs tests as appropriate. She follows up through teleconsultation on what is going with me at the time. I know that I can present to Dr.Namrata with any healthcare concern and feel confident that she will address it to the best of her ability. Thank you doc!!☺

*Imagine getting a whatsapp message after 3 months of continuous visit - to stop coming*
Reason - A basic expectation as a caregiver that my disabled mother should be assisted while she is asked to sit on a cycle for exercise!!
This is the place which welcomed us as a patient in Sept (because they were restarting and had limited patients, in fact we were the only patient in evening batch for some weeks) and now when they have sufficient patients in Dec, we are told to not come due to today’s incident.
A feedback / expectation from caregiver is taken “personally” and the wrath of their ego is taken on patient.
If you still want to end up in such a place - a word of advice -
1. DONT ASK ANY QUESTION
2. BE A MUTE CAREGIVER.
3. ITS OK IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT 10/15 MINS DESPITE BEING THERE AT YOUR SCHEDULED TIME ( remember this is a daily long term affair)
4. A COMMON NARRATIVE IS - A LOT DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH EFFORTS A PATIENT PUTS AT HOME AND NOT JUST WHILE AT THE CENTER ( instead of motivating the patient to do exercise at home, they blame patient is no doing exercise at home - no proof ! As a caregiver I know the motivation and efforts put at home as well)
5. FOR A STROKE PATIENT THEY WILL INVEST 1.5 HOURS (kudos for the gimmick- but it includes lot of breaks/ patient sitting idle as one physio attend 2/3 other patient simultaneously) And THEN THEY REMIND YOU THAT THEY ARE PUTTING SO MUCH EFFORT AND TIME.
6. BE COMFORTABLE WHEN YOU HEAR - OTHER PATIENTS PAY MORE THAN YOU- FIND ANOTHER PLACE WHICH WILL INVEST 1.5 HOURS IN THIS AMOUNT
7. THEY TAKE MORE PATIENT IN THE SLOT GIVEN TO YOU, AND SAY JUST LIKE YOU WE OTHER PATIENT ALSO NEEDS ATTENTION ( it’s not wrong to work optimally- provided you put that much resource so that compromised care is not given)
