My Jio Gallery

Hi - I would like to highlight the incident during my visit to Jio Gallery at Mumbai (Shop no. 4, Grace Plaza, SV Rd, Opposite Allah Masjid, Momin Nagar, Jogeshwari West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400102)

Basically, I had a requirement to change my existing Jio postpaid connection to Prepaid. During my visit, last evening dated 3rd Sept, 8:30 pm I was told by the Jio executive that they are not operating as there is some renovation work going. However the first response, from the Jio person after asking him any specific reason they are not operating, he responded very rudely what do you mean by Why the gallery is closed? Moreover, he mentioned there is no internet connection for them to serve the customer requirement & told to explore other Jio Gallery at Andheri or Goregaon.

After visiting the alternate, Goregaon gallery I was provided the required support. I mentioned the incident to the Jio executive at Goregaon & he mentioned the Jogeshwari Jio Gallery is operating. He also called up to check & enquired with Jogeshwari POC, looks like we were unnecessarily ignored as the executive at Jogeshwari site was not willing to support us.

I want to share the poor service about this incident & request for action to be taken against the said employee at Jio Jogeshwari West gallery. Such resources are spoiling the Jio Brand & credibility in the market.

They call themselves "JIO Store" but they don't even have Jio Phone in stock. Unprofessional staff and priorities customers who are purchasing higher priced products and completely ignores the one who are actually there to get their jio sim related work. Ported from JIO to Airtel.
