Dear all Requests you not to joint the my Choice fitness..

This week one trainer have got a responsibility to open gym in morning and gym timing is 6 am but that trainer came around 7.30am. more than 1 n half hour late. We as clients waited more than 1 hours but the same trainer in evening not allowing 5min extra to gym members, plus he did dada giri with me and camera is the proof how he behaved in with me. I requested him asked 5-10 min more but he removed all the plates and not allowed me to do any workout... Such a worst management.. i complaint to owner but still there was no any response from owner side..

I really had a good experience from My Choice Fitness, from their trainers, from there service and also from Rishi Sir, he is a very good trainer.He gave me a good training and i dont know he is a manager, after I know that he is a manager, i think he is a very good manager from my group experience. So mee and my friends would recommend that everyone will go And take experience from this gym thanks rishi Sir from our group And we Love you all ♥♥

Worst ever experience in any gym visited. I wish there could be negative rating, so I could give the best negative rating ever. Rushikesh, who calls himself the Owner of the gym, does not know how to handle the objections of a customer and only knows to show some FAKE and USELESS Attitude to the walk-in customers. Being in a service industry, you need to be a welcoming personality to everything, may it be an appreciation or an objection. Instead, this guy clearly stated that we could take the membership only if we want it. Its my clear request to the REAL OWNER of the gym to look into this matter and have a daily training session about how to behave with a client and how to handle their queries or change your staff, if you want to survive.... Otherwise......BEST OF LUCK!!!
