I have joined at January and trust me i am loving this place already, cool environment, motivational trainers and on top of that its a fitness hub with excellent and latest machinaries to work out on
Trainer's are understanding and interesting They makes the sessions interesting and challenging by giving different sets of excercises daily. They builds a strong rapport with the clients, is encouraging and makes you work hard ! Emphasis is on fun and fitness! Highly recommended! Great place for exercise, Quality equipments, certified trainers and humble staff. One of the best gym in kurla

If you are thinking of Quality, then I am sorry to disappoint you, you won't get it here. At this place only people with annual subscription are given full attention and guidance. If you have enrolled for a quarter plan then you are on your own. My first hand experience in this gym, has been deceitful. The gym trainer was most of the time not interested in guiding due to his early shift hours. The manager has no proper manners to speak. It's truly said pehelwan k akkal ghunte main hoti hai, the manager and trainer proved it right. Imagine they don't know the difference between Vitamin D and calcium and they are blinking trainers there! I joined the gym, first time ever in my life, on a quarterly plan to see how it goes and I am sure I'm disappointed bad. The trainer tells to do the workout fast without taking breaks, he keeps increasing the weights every week or makes it cumbersome to perfo m. Ofcourse since it's India, and all are after money, had I paid a PT fees I would have got a better treatment. The trainer who taught me didn't even bother to tell me which machine is for what benefits nor he gave me any sort of timetable that what workout we will do each day. He was merely doing circuit training and the body muscles training started after 45 days instead of a month. 4500 + 250 membership is what I paid for this quarterly subscription. If women are thinking to join this gym please think twice...cause the trainers nor manager are courteous and they don't know how to talk with woman. Unprofessional behavior

This gym has very good trainers with good fitness knowledge, also I'm satisfied with my trainer ne always keeps eye on my forms , it's worth to take admission here
