Stayed there for 2 hr.
Inbuilt Canteen available with many food items at reasonable prices.
Small Retiring Room,
overcrowded,
unhygienic room & toilets
Unclean,
Staff cooperative.
Passengers don't have much choice.
It would be a good place if room & toilets are cleaned timely.

The waiting room was fine. I didn't use the premium one which is on first floor where you get your own comfortable sofa chair at ₹100/- for first 2 hours.
I used the common waiting area which costed me ₹20/- for initial 2 hours which includes charging space for mobile/laptop as well.
The food is of good quality here and if you want you can have several packed good items as well.
The staff was polite, cleanliness was maintained and the washrooms were also clean.

We stayed in Room no 7 non-AC room which was only available for online booking, room size is huge, the washroom condition was average, and the sofa, chair, Table, and almirah were outdated. Ensure booking timing before booking they will not allow a stay of more than 10 minutes.
The booking charge is affordable in Mumbai city.
