It's stupid of the company head, Vishal Mehta, to not provide an offer letter, a salary slip, or even experience.
Just wants everything completed for less money, asking us to work in any position—software testers are working as analysts—and even providing the client with false information about the staff about their work experience.
Work and work and work we must, as if we were donkeys, yet the head does not appreciate the word
Falsely promises to enhance the income and even to provide a salary slip and an experience letter. We received our offer letter after 4 months of joining. He treats employees like slaves.
There are no ethics in this company since he sleeps in the meeting room.
