I was suffering from suffocation. Should've called here two years ago. I was scared that they will ask for adult consent as I am not 18 yet but they understand it well that mental issue can happen to anyone irrespective of age.I mustered courage and called. The counselor talked to me and I felt really relieved. It did something which medicine does. It worked like a medicine. So,I request everyone to connect here if they are feeling overwhelmed or suicidal. Your information will be confidential and also the counseling is free. Just do not give up. My experience with counselling at MPower has not been very positive. I have been visiting counsellors for a very long time. Some counselors that have more than 10 to 12 years of experience. Recently I have taking counselling from an individual that has only 3 years of exp. I absolutely don't feel that I am getting my money's worth. Each session costs 3000 and I expect to recieve better outcomes after I finish a session, not feel that no solution has come. Hence it is essential that you'll should run a thorough diagnostic before assigning any counsellor to the client.

Ms Jenisha Shah is extremely patient and takes keen interest in knowing her clients. She is extremely skilled and professional and gives really good insights and inputs too.
