Very rude staff. No clarity of opening hours. I'm always told to wait for half an hour whether I come at 10 am or 11:30 am. Staff isn't interested in opening the store nor in attending the customers. Sometimes made to wait in billing for 10-20 minutes even if there's only one customer before me. No efficiency nor concern about customer. Miniso used to be a good brand, now I doubt it.

Their card machine displayed a failed transaction even though it went through. They then made me pay by cash, saying that my card money would be credited back to my account as it was an error. It's been several weeks, and nothing has happened. No way to contact them except to go back into the shop.

Good collection for gifts. Prices are average. But the store is always hot. Especially the top floor. Don’t feel like shopping in the heat. And it’s always been like this. The staff keeps telling everyone the upstairs is closed coz they don’t want people to go up.
