Dr Shefali is pleasant and experienced. She always had a plan even though I did not realize why she was asking me to perform certain mental homework. Her audios for relaxation are so good it’s relaxing listening to your own doctor’s voice when you are stressed. Excellent tools for making a patient feel better.

Dr Shefali was a great listener and was very patient with me. She listened (actually actually listened) to my problems and was very empathetic. She was not pushy in her approach though she was assertive of course. She gave good suggestions and connected with me everyday in moving forward with a plan. I would recommend her.
