My experience with Mending Mind Therapy was the finest, even though it was my first time reaching out to a therapist I have heard that not everyone finds a therapist that works for them but I'm glad to say it worked out very well for me because of my therapist's exceptional skills. I felt very warm and I could see that my therapist was very understanding and helped me in the best way possible which made me capable of tending to my concerns appropriately on my own, the setup was also very cozy and it helped me be more comfortable. I was lost and felt like I would not be able to get out of the things I had in my mind running all the time, but things started to be alright once my perspective shifted. After every session, I felt like I achieved something by knowing myself better and that feeling was abundantly amazing beyond any words that could describe.
Thank you for this amazing experience and for helping and guiding me. Whoever wishes the best for themselves, should definitely visit and seek guidance from them.

It was a superb experience with Kinjal at Mending Minds. She is excellent at her work .
She even changed my approach and way to solve my problems.. She shows life from a different perspective.
