First of all I would want a good training of staff of how to talk to their costumers. They have no etiquette.
Second half of the time there are only couples sitting and doing timepass with one small fries by the time the real customer who wants to have the food have to wait for long.
Washrooms are never cleaned.
I feel they do it only when there is an audit or something.
Food is good and standard as the brand
But this are some few things which can make them better otherwise there will only timepass customer coming in and the real one would go somewhere else.

I purchased a Mc Veggie Burger an hour ago paid money to the person sitting at the counter and while I was collecting my order I politely asked for an extra ketchup then the person who was assembling the order (a specs guy) talked with me in a very rude manner and later while I was leaving he was mocking and making fun of me .Plz look into it this is not the way of talking with customers.I was calm enough to quietly leave.The specs guy assembling the order is a big unprofessional.

Edit‐This issue has been resolved,the assistant manager contacted me and gave clarification about the whole scenario. Thank you for contacting me and taking the feedback of the customers seriously.Appreciate it!
