The Workshop on the Ageing and Repairing of concrete Structures was fruitful in identifying various distresses and also shed much light on selection of appropriate techniques which could be rationalized on theoretical , analytical and practical grounds. Expertise of the speaker was commendable and the degree of intellect sharing is also appreciable too. My personal opinion was to gain deeper insight on the issues of concrete starting from an atomic / molecular state so that each Defect can be understood more deeper and proper treatment could be provided from that stage which would be even more productive. As far as the management is concerned I would like to provide a suggestion which is collecting all possible queries and areas of speculation from the participants before the commencement of the seminar so that the presenter is completely aware of the needful information to be presented and can specifically elaborate on this subject.

I have attended their workshop on "Pre-engineered Buildings". Faculty was very much experienced and having in-depth knowledge of the topic. Workshop was conducted in a professional manner. Overall it was nice learning experience on such an emerging new concept.
