My iPhone 13 had charging port issue. Not only that my apple charging cable also had issue. One of the connector pins was burned from both sides. It was quite disappointed to see that both iPhone 13 and the cable was broken. I never had such problem with any of my android phones.
Talking about the service from Maple, day 1, when I visited Maple store, I didn’t know about the charging port issue but found out that the cable has to be replaced. But the store did not have in stock. That was absurd. They wanted me to wait for 2 days. I did not have any alternative cable nor I had any neighbours who were using iPhone. The diagnostic process is really time consuming. Sometimes there’s communication gap with the Maple team as well. Above that, they don’t accept both the issues at a time. They said they can’t create two job sheets at a time. I had to keep my phone switched off till I receive the cable. When I got the phone delivered, I checked to see everything was great, it was. There wasn’t a single sign of repairs which was good. The phone was in good condition. I’m not sure about the waterproofing. Anyway, I’m not going to use it underwater now that it has been repaired. Can’t take the risk. Overall, the service was time consuming but good!

Took my iPhone 11 to repair center to check as it was not activating. the phone was working fine but it was glitched. the service rep has 0 knowledge about apple products. the solution to any problem is send the phone in for replacement and pay 14,000 Rs and get a new piece. they just want to make money and not actually solve any issues. I was told my phone has a hardware issue even though it was a software glitch. the store reps have no knowledge about apple and are simply looking to make money. I resolved the software issue by myself by speaking to apple customer service and the phone is working fine now. the people in this store are just looking to scam customers.
