My reviews are purely based as a "Tenant". I stayed here for more than 6 years and i will start with positives first.
1. The owner of my flat was really very coperative and friendly.
2. Society staff was friendly too and they were always at service even at a very short notice.

Challenges
1. One side of the society is having a major problem of water seepage. It becomes really challenging during rainy season
2. There is no inclusion of tenants in any of the society cultural activities. Even no communication for tenants for any ongoing social activities. Committe is least bothered to add you in any such group.
3. Currently there are no amenities available, though development work is ON, but still it will take not less that couple of years from now.

Staff is does not cooperate 90% of the times and are greedy for fine. There is no service lift so you will have to transfer the goods on your own expense or you will have to pay hefty fine, many flats in a particular direction have water seepage in walls which is irreparable unless there is maintenance from exterior side, the park is regularly soiled by adjacent SRA buildings. There are ZERO amenities (even parking is paid) and no guest parking inside. Parking your car outside will definitely be risky as the locality around is not ideal. The main road outside the gate gets shady and there are so many stunt bikers breaking the rules in the evening. As it is the last building in the row there is very high risk of Leopards coming at night, this year a couple of cases of Leopard preying pet dogs at night were reported.

Water gets logged in flats during rainy season. Mosque adjacent makes quite noise. No service lift and parking is paid.
