Was on a short visit to Mumbai and so glad that i could attend their yoga session. Had heard about hot yoga and wanted to give it a try. It was an amazing session with great intensity and vibe. Even though it was my first class Mandeep made sure to provide proper instructions and making sure that i got the posture right. You leave the class wanting more :) Highly recommended!

It's the only original place for Hot Yoga in India... highly trained and professional instructors.... if you in Bombay don't miss a chance to try it, 90 minutes of pure Bliss.. they flex each and every muscle of your body in a hot ???? environment which helps to increase your body flexibility and hence flushes out the toxins much more.. highly recommended
