Extremely poor construction and severe water leakage issues. I think the mivan construction is not up to the mark. Facing more problems than the traditional construction to be honest.

Extremly poor quality of consturction, STP does not work, electricals stoppped working in 1 year, water leakage everywhere. even the paver block are all damaged. Mahindra is a shame.

Have purchased a flat in Mahindra Vivante and the quality of the fixtures, fittings, flooring, waterproofing is of very poor quality. The workmanship is nowhere that of a premium project. Really regret purchasing a flat here.
