Made the biggest mistake of my life in buying in Lodha Bel Air. I have a garden unit. I have paid crores of rupees for it. They have started making stackable parking structure right in-front of my bedroom. They didn’t say anything about this plan when I purchased the flat, which was under construction. Their model too did not show the parking structure. They cheated me into buying the place. Once I paid the money, their duty is over. I am being harassed day and night by the construction noise. Late at nights the water tanker used to come with a loud noise to fill water in the tank which is right next to my bedroom. After many complaints that is over. The water in the flush is yellow, as if someone forgot to flush after peeing.I am facing one problem after another since I came to live here, and they don’t care about it.

Luxury home, but still under construction so maintenance is not that great now.
Suggestion,please add basketball, volleyball and minj cricket place.
Club house was great.
