Administrative and Reception staff's Ego is greater than the founder doctor and his business vision.

"Chai se jyaada ketli garam"

This Lady at the reception counter of Thane, is a classic example of sheer bureaucracy and haphazardous management of patients.

Insensitive front office staff at Thane. The doctor is never available.

You have to keep on following up for invoices for 4 to 5 months even for the payments made in time, but the administrative/ reception staff gives you a damn.

The founder doctor number is never shared with patients. The lady at the reception is adamant, rude, and irresponsible, she religiously ensures that your problems are never reported to founder doctor and senior management of life force.

There is no periodic review of patients, medicines are never recieved in time, no one is bothered to check if patient has recieved the medicines, even when u follow up for medicines they are never recieved.

Their web based application is only for name sake, no action is taken on problems reported.

Such a pity. Useless support staff and the founder doctor is not even aware.

Will recommend to never visit this place. It feels like visiting a government office or PSU.

It's 10th June 2023, still no one is bothered to hear to the patients problem. No resolution recieved so far.

Toady on 27.12.2022 starting treatment of my mother for acute back pain.. till now overall approach seems much satisfactory.. hopping for the best treatment to avoid surgery in course of time.. hoping my mother get some relief from this pain asap and can come back to life…
