I worked with Ketan, and he was excellent. Within one month of contacting Kora NM, I was able to receive my outfit in the U.S. Ketan is extremely helpful, and was always able to answer all of my questions. We did the measurements virtually, and everything fit perfectly.

My fiancé had a wonderful experience shopping at Kora in Borivali! Ketan did an incredible job supporting him through his wedding shopping and was very attentive. He went above and beyond to help us finalize the wedding clothes and made sure we had it in our hands before we left to go back to the US.

I ordered a garment to be delivered to the UK. Though apprehensive about ordering a made-to-measure piece remotely, I was really impressed with Kora's ability to conduct a tailoring session over zoom and their ability to accommodate all my wishes without me being there in person. The service was extremely quick and delivery prompt. They were very communicative throughout and I'm extremely pleased with the outcome. I will definitely buy again!
