Pathetic customer support. Had to reschedule a booking but there was zero support from khelomore. They are just middlemen with no customer service number on their app.

Great experience
Host shamshad is good she helped us out while the turf was already booked on someone else’s name but she helped us to find another turf on the same time
Overall it was a good experience

Its a fraud website once payment done you cant not refund and rescheduled they Are promised we are rescheduled but same has been not done we have booked turf at 14 june then some emergency came than we have decided to rescheduled on 20 but they are not listen full amount deducted totaly waste not recommended
