Bought the KFC meal pack from the KFC app and got good offer. KFC has best chicken options. A bit slow service but meal is good. Metro mall ambience is awesome after the new interior changes

I visit this shop for every month twice. After the COVID I visited kalyan metro mall kfc store recently.

I order 599 ultimate bucket. As expected they are always out of regular coke. Also they asked me pay extra as they were out of regular Cup. I have asked them for valid reason why there is no stock of regular size cup. I didn't get answers. They only have medium size cup with them so they charged me extra money.

The main thing is when we started to eat chicken we found that it was not cleaned. The chicken was black from inside. I have attached the pic. The chicken was not cleaned. I was very disappointed that even you are paying this much of money and they are not providing the quality of food.
Even the test of chicken was not good.

Things to note
- They are always out of regular size of cooldrinks cups. So they will ask you to purchase medium or large size coke.
- The chicken is not cleaned.

It was very horrible experience. Now going forward never going to visit this store again or KFC again.

The worst experience I have ever had with KFC in metro mall kalyan.
As we ordered a full bucket of KFC, everything was ok but the fried strips was pathetic there was a whole chicken breast which is fried as you can see in pictures there is a whole chicken breast is fried, how can someone eat a whole breast, that is supposed to be cut in strips but that was whole with no taste , that was totally waste of money.
