I would recommend one should learn the technique of blowing the Shankh immense benefits to improve your breath. The session conducted by Arpit Singh is to the point and crisp a beautiful ambience in the studio where he conducts the session. Do join you will only benefit and not regret one more step to advance towards spiritual path…. Harekrsna

I have been someone who has been extremely under confident and to hide that I try be over confident, tried making shallou conversations because I couldn’t think much of myself. This experience not only made me comfortable in my own skin but gave me the strength to be okay to not talk much, to be okay to who I am and accept that. I fall short of words to thank both Ashish Sir and Arpit Sir.
Thankyou for taking me down this lane gently, softly and very carefully.
Thoroughly Grateful ⭐️

A big shout out to the Kalari warriors team and The Master Arpit Singh Sir. 3 days of pure magic and training is what I have to say here. The master is not the typical Kalari master that I have seen elsewhere or may be I was spared for my age and certain physical limitations. He has a very soothing voice that mesmerizes you and captivates you for the 3 days or the days you are there. If you belong there for these 3 days you will be thrilled after the sessions get over. You need to be there to experience it. Pure realisation of either you or your body or both. Lots of love for the temple or the akhada or the room where we did all 3 sessions. A big Thanks is just not enough for such workshops.♥️.
