Very well maintained society, equipped with able security round the clock. In close proximity with various utility shops, Medical centres, mini mall etc.

The society has horrible maintenance. The drainage is not just poor; it is non existent. The society has a terrible rat infestation problem and looks like it will cause the next plague. The people here are even more ungrateful and have no hesitation in doing everything possible in making your stay a nightmare. They will complain if you put your AC on two floors above because they "got fever from the air-conditioning"!!! Your car will be damaged and the windshield broken by the people there who will then very conveniently hide it and cover the car with sheets instead of doing the decent and humane thing by informing you. They will then lie to you about why your car was covered instead of compensating you for the damage. It's the most preposterous and ridiculous behaviour and I sincerely hope nobody else has to suffer the same.
