Dr. Sejpal really helped me to get out of the loop of negative thinking and self doubt. Her guidance helped me to get my confidence back, the visualization exercises she recommended had a bigger impact on my mind then I expected. I feel much better and find it easier to work towards my goal. 10/10 would recommend .

After taking money they don't respond and care about your delivery, no updates on delivery dates, almost 15days still no updates, online chatting just say out for delivery but no confirmation on delivery dates, also do not have customer care number to cancel the order.

To be very honest with you, I was very skeptical at the beginning, not only to let my thoughts, but to ask for help, and was scared of judgment. But more importantly, I really didn’t know what to expect, I had been to a few therapist earlier, and just didn’t feel the vibe. But when I finally came to ithrive, in my first session, I knew I was safe and so were my thoughts. I have come a really long way and it’s only all thanks to ithrive. I would totally recommend them in a heartbeat!
