I have purchased a bag from this store and it started flaking in just 10 days. Please note that real leather does not flake. Also when I took the bag to them for warranty, they started giving me excuses and did not honor the warranty. And the way they treat customers will make you confident that you have made aa mistake buying from cheap people of Dharavi.
Hyatt Leather does not sell genuine leather products. Its actually artificial Leather PU / PVC as real Leather does not Flake.

Purchased a office 16inch latop bag from Amazon of hyatt leather accessories using for more than 2 months still there is no fault the quality is really awful must try it once.itz worthfull and 100% leather bag.I suggest ppl plez try HYATT LEATHER products.
