Utterly horrible experience. We purchased products worth INR 370 and the reason we did so is bcos we wanted to have a place to sit while waiting for our movie. At no point did the staff ask us if we wanted it as takeaway or dine in. They directly packed it as a takeaway and told us that we couldn’t sit inside their seating area. Two staff members came to escort us out like we were criminals. It was really embarrassing and demeaning.
Had we been informed that we had to purchase a higher value item to be allowed to sit in their area, we would have gladly done so. But we weren’t given any such option and instead the staff was whispering to each other and being insulting and shady.
Even after purchasing products we had to resign to searching for a place to sit to enjoy the food. On a Sunday you can imagine how crowded Jio world drive is.
What is even more appalling and unbelievable is the whole place was literally empty and yet they lack the acumen and empathy to allow their customers a place to sit and eat their products.
Two thumbs down. Never going here again. Worst customer experience. Just disgusted by the behaviour of the staff and manager.

Great quality food and service! We were a group of four people and we ordered cold coffee, caramel latte, and mocha. For dessert we got Pistachio Baklava. They were super soft and melt in mouth! Would definitely recommend it!

Very expensive. Taste is good but not worth the price. A small baklava cost was 450₹ and just three spoon ice cream on top was 250₹ extra. Good for baklava fanatics may be.
