I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel National and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Upon arrival, the warm and friendly staff greeted me with genuine smiles and made the check-in process a breeze. The lobby and common areas were immaculate, creating a welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for the rest of my stay.

My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The attention to detail in room decor and cleanliness was impressive, and I felt right at home during my entire stay.

The hotel's facilities were top-notch. I thoroughly enjoyed the well-equipped fitness center, which allowed me to maintain my workout routine while traveling. Additionally, the on-site restaurant offered a delightful dining experience with a diverse menu that catered to different tastes.

This hotel is one of the worst hotels, the price is too high or the room is not clean or the staff or receptionist will talk to you in a wrong way or their talking behavior is also rude And they will tell you that the car does it, it will take you around Mumbai but it just does it on the wake of the bus.And these people will say that he will take the whole of Mumbai around but he will bring only that which makes the hotelier's profit. And these people he goes and takes more money If you guys are going then go to another hotel, don't go to this hotel at all.

One of worst hotel i have ever stayed, dirty rooms, bedsheets wer dirty all hairs wer fallen on the beds, der wer white stains on the badsheets, staff ws rude including manager,
They came at 6am near our room n woke up everyone n told us that we have to check out at 7am as they have new customer's evn though our check out timing was at 10am and told us that they will charge extra if we dnt checkout at 7am, in this hurry we left our some documents in hotel nly aftr reaching station we realised dat we forgot the documents in hotel, hotel staff din informed us regarding our documents... They dnt evn deserve one star ratings..
