Well, I attended an engagement ceremony in the basement. So I don't know about the rooms and other hotel stuff. I could see the restaurant on the ground floor.

I'm reviewing what I experienced.
Ambience was good, tranquil and hygienic. Staff was good especially the valet parking guy. The food was good with around 20 items including starter & desserts.

Basement is good to hold functions for 100 people.

I feel they should increase parking capacity.

The room appeared to be very good. As the day progressed, we wanted to use the locker which was not working. The door lights were not switching off. The night the AC was not working in spite of keeping the temp at 15 degrees. The worst of all while night we had mosquitoes biting us. We tried to call reception to get an all out, no one responded.
While checking out we gave our feedback , the representative at the reception did not even bother or acknowledge the problems. Would not recommend this hotel. We paid a price and did not receive services worth the money we paid.

I stayed here 1 night and I am very pleased with the hotel and the staff friendliness. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The next day, we didn't feel like leaving. If you are looking for a cozy stay for affordable price in a central location, I recommend this hotel.
