The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staffs were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. And one of the best thing is that all the shopping areas are near from Hotel Lucky and airport is just 20 mins far. I highly recommend this hotel.

Whenever we are ordering chicken briyani just like we ordered today also we had very very bad experience like always. Lucky briyani is so oily full of masala and having almost 2 to 3 small chicken feather showing not properly washed chicken wast of money. The briyani is NO MORE VALUE FOR MONEY yucks very disgusting???????? there is no briyani rice full briyani is soaked in souch oil that one will surely get acidity problem or decentary eating it. Hope this message reaches the managers n owners.

The location is the best, little walking distance from Hill Road and Linking road. Room was hygienic, though a little small. I guess the room size was reasonable for Bandra and the rate we paid which was an excellent deal to be stayin gin that vicinity. The front office staff was amazing always smiling and recognition level was too good as would hand over our keys without us asking. Ms. Tamanna was extremely helpful and accommodated our request regarding a booking issue we had.
Also, had the famous Lucky restaurant that is one of the best places to eat in Mumbai.
