Terrible experience! Highly unprofessional centre. They don't have any schedule foe their doctors and keep their patients waiting. We had to come thrice in a day for one single sonography appointment!! The staff is rude and unprofessional.

Honestly I don't want to give even a single star to this clinic in Dadar East as my today's experience was bitter. When I went to do the ECG, the lady technician was not bothered to even apply gel to the electrodes due to which I got deep marks which look like scars.
Secondly, during the 2d echo, the doctor was struggling with the transducer and literally pressing it hard which was very painful. Most probably the equipment is very old and the doctor is unable to handle it.
Same with the Abdomen Sonography. I have a doubt whether the reports are correct as the tests were not performed well professionally.
I confidently can say this as I have done these tests in other clinics with ease and comfortability.
I strongly would not recommend anyone who would want quality service to approach this branch.
Same afternoon, I visited JN Wadia dispensary, their Mahim branch for a dental check up and the staff was fantastic there.
Health Rakshak should have a better staff who are more responsible rather than being careless with patients.
