Won’t recommend this Jweller to anyone!

Can’t deny they have some collection but the staff is poorly trained and sales oriented.

I think they don’t know the difference between selling the gold vs selling veggies on streets.

Went for the first time and left shop without purchasing anything because of their poor behaviour the female staff at the store is the biggest example of non professionalism and they don’t even understand the means of customer satisfaction no matter what you’ll say they keep showing what they wish to sell

Bad to worst!
The whole experience of the shop was terrible. From the shop to staff to the gold items was off. The design of the items had a terrible finish. Won't recommend if you are looking for good design and a fantastic customer experience. The products are also being pushed to the customers, which doesn't make encourage me to even engage with the staff. Overall, it's not an ideal place to even look for jewelry.

The customer service was very rude. All the people that work at the store had some next level attitude as if they own each gold that we want to buy and literally I don't want to make a sale if we are unhappy with the price. The female literally closed her book and said go elsewhere.
