Horrible horrible customer service ! I guess the only motto of the guess brand is to loot customers! I visited the store on 12th April to purchase a watch for my sister ! Which I did ! The salesperson also told me to get the perfume as it was exquisite! I asked him if they were running any sales , but they told me no ! They billed the watch and perfume together and was rushing us to pay ! My sister transferred via gpay and that’s the moment I checked on nykaa the perfume was for ₹2000 less ! I told him to cancel my bill , which the salesperson did not do , even though the transaction had processed not even a minute ago ! He told me he’ll only give me store credit which I was not interested in and was forcing me to get a watch instead ! I was traumatised by the entire experience as it had just been a second , the guy seriously had no customers in the store and it was like since he had got a customer he just wanted to make the sale anyhow ! And didn’t care for any customer service ! I would never visit a guess store after this ! Although I’ve purchased tons of watches before ! The worst store in the entire mall !

i visited the store on 12/06/2022 , they didn’t have the size of the product i choose so the sales associate asked me if i can pay now they will deliver the order to my place in kolkata as i was in visit there, i agreed and paid the amount . i suppose to get the order within 2-3 days but here it’s been a week now. i’m unable to contact the store they have no phone number on the website of palladium mall neither on google nor on the bill ! what should i do now!
