Don't trust these guys. At the start, they will say "aap tension mat lo, hum baithe hain apke koi bhi problem ke liye" and will charge full brokerage.
When it comes to moving out, the landlord will not refund the full deposit. 'Kedar' who is one of the top guys will never answer your phone calls and finally, they will say "hum kya kar sakte hain, owner maan hi nahi Raha hai".
If you value your money, don't make any dealings through these people.
