Avoid at all costs. Very rude staff. Don't know what they are selling. They look at customer and quote price. Cheaters and liars. Many other shops in the area to choose from. Visit others before buying. No issues with the fish here it is the people. Avoid this shop, wastes of time money and effort. Better variety and prices in other shops.

I had ordered japanese koi after seeing their beautiful collection which was posted in YouTube by SJ inceptions.
Since stock was not available, I waited over a month to order from them.
Finally I was able to place order for 9pcs of Japanese koi to be delivered for Mysore, Karnataka.
However, when I received the shipment, there was only 8 out of 9 and to my disappointment 4(assorted koi) out of 8 were dead on arrival.
When I tried to reach the owner, there is no response. He only messaged that he would update, but still no response even after 3-4 days.
Later I somehow reached his assistant and I got to know what black koi was only available one pcs and so he could not send. They could've processed refund or send any alternate pcs, but they didn't even contact me.
It's total disappointment and a loss of almost 1.4k which is half the shipment valve.
I have even messaged the seller to ship the missing pcs along with lost koi and that I would bear the shipping cost, but still no response.
To have waited a month to order from here was a total disappointment and huge regret.
If I get any response from seller, I will update here.

Visited the store twice. No respect to the customers, customers and customers are ignored. One of the guy in the store does not reply properly if asked for any fish details and replies very sarcastically.
There are many other fish shops near by which are much better than farhat. Prefer going there instead.
