I purchased a Claude Bernard wrist watch from the Mumbai airport outlet of the company and was offered a discount of 10%, same day I checked it online for the same watch on Ethos store, the discount was 25%. I called the number given on the website and talked to the person regarding this,he answered me that the policy for the online purchase and the store purchase is different. How can it be possible ? Will have to think twice in future to buy from the Ethos store.
Sorry it's poor show from the Ethos.
