Visited Egg Station in Thane today for lunch with a friend of mine as I was craving for Egg varieties. It is a small but cutely designed joint. They have a good spread of Egg varieties in Mumbai style and most importantly in Surti style.
For starter I tried Egg Masala Bhel which set my mood just perfect
Red Paplet & Ghotala Rice were the mains I ordered.
This dishes clearly satisfied my cravings & reminded me of eggs tried in Surat. Loved trying this place & it's fixed in my list forever for having Eggs.

Egg Station is a very nice outlet. On new link road, Malad west.
Excellent, unassuming and wonderful find. A wide variety and fine value tasting menu. Exciting food with high quality presentation, service and inventiveness. A highlight of Malad. Will not be disappointing, it's really worth it.

It is not a huge outlet, but it has amazing decor and lighting, which makes it truly amazing. Services were very quick and staff was very knowledgeable about the menu.

Each and every dish we had was amazing in taste and well presented. Most of the dishes are made with cheese and loaded with butter which makes them very tasty and heavy.

What we ordered

Kashmiri Bhurji : The Kashmiri Bhurji was well cooked with mixed spices and served hot with bread. The dish was extremely tasty and the bread was loaded with butter.

Mexican Egg Roll: This was a thick gravy topped with egg rolls served hot with breads. Yet another dish that was so amazing and tasty. Must try.

Egg chips: This was a unique dish made with eggs. It looks like kabab and is served with mint chutney.

A must try resturant for egg eaters!!!

What an amazing place to eggsplore, because the food here is eggstremely delicious & lipsmacking. The dishes are made from butter & eggs, loved the amazing items here

The hot garlic Eggs are really tasty, it was made purely from garlic & green onions. The taste was super yumm. The gravy was too good, egg sholay was really delicious & worth trying. The dish was loaded with stuffed boiled eggs & wrapped in omlette which was again topped in creamy tomato gravy.
A must try dish at Egg Station

Ghotala rice is another fabulous dish, me being an egg lover would like to try the rice as it comes up with a sunny side up egg. The gravy was also very good. Loved it
