Edamame - Pan Asian Kitchen is the cutest entry to the many restaurants in Versova!
Serving the best Vietnamese Iced Coffee and a grand pan asian feast, this All Day eatery not just has great breakfast/brunch options but also amazing lunch and dinner options too along with delicious drinks and desserts!
The instagram worthy ambience is aesthetically pleasing and has the most amazing boho vibes!
What we had:
Teriyaki Bao: Bao bun soft and tender with chunky paneer cubes tossed in teriyaki sauce!
Smoked Asparagus Sushi: Crunch in the center of a perfectly made sushi! Loved it!
Edamame and Truffle Dimsum: Lovely dimsums!
Dan Dan Noodles: Flavour bombs and so generously served!
Chocolate Tart: The perfect bake on tart and gooey chocolate on top! Match made in heaven!
Vietnamese Iced Coffee: DIVINE!
Strawberry Shake: Super yum!
Whenever in Versova, give this cafe a definite visit!

Edamame is the first pan Asian kitchen that serves Asian Breakfast.
They have dishes from Thailand, Singapore, Korea, Japan, Vietnam and China/Hongkong.
It's a small cute place boho style.
I tried their breakfast menu which is available from 9 to 12.
Khimchi grilled cheese... Quite good. Loved the flavours.
Congee... The best dish here. So good. The chilli sauce adds a fantastic flavour to this delicious rice porridge. Must try it.
The Thai Buddha bowl was excellent. Loved every element on it.
Japanese vegetable pancake... Quite good.
Vietnamese banh mi was good. It had tofu with pickled vegetables.
The Vietnamese ice tea was excellent and so was the mango bubble tea.
Overall a fantastic experience.

A cold Vietnamese iced coffee for a sunny breakfast was the perfect start to the day.... Bringing you with Mumbai's first pan Asian breakfast menu, this place did was definitely something a foodie should try!
The Thai buddha bowl...a healthy wholesome blend of protein and veggies. The sweet and tangy tofu avocado bao was a crowd favorite. While the Dan Dan noodles, turned out to be silky smooth and full of flavour becoming the perfect main dish.
