Anupama ma'am is a fantastic dietician rather I prefer to call her nutritionist. She is very attentive and always motivating. I won't feel bored with my meals and she had made some fantastic suggestions which turn out great to covert my diet food to delicious.
I've tried many other diets but none has even come close to the success I've had over the past few months from following her recommendations. I really feel like I'm on my track now on weight loss journey. .
I am very grateful to ma'am for her honest and professional guidance.

Dt Anupama has a thorough understanding of her subject. She has mastered this art of ensuring that a person gets the desired nutrition for the day. I found her very insightful and knowledgeable. She recognizes a person's differing need of nutrition and formulates a plan accordingly. She also recommends extremely useful lifestyle changes. Her sessions have been very helpful. She is prefect nutritionist and incredibly knowledgeable on dietary requirements for growing child. She patiently listened and guided us to find proper diet for my son.
