I stayed there for 35 days, the rooms were nice but AC’s was not working for 1 week. When we complained about it the manager, Imraan did not give a good response. After the payment was done the managers stopped answering my calls but when they needed the payment the called me 10 times in one day even when i told them that i was class and could not answer calls. Sometimes they called me after 12am. The manager, Imraan was very rude and unprofessional. But the room caretaker, Javed was very nice. He was very handy and helped us with everything, even though he had a cast on his leg. He was respectful and we never had any issue with him. Our overall experience was terrible due to the management.

We booked this hotel for one night. The service was excellent! We got picked up from the airport at 2am in the morning and our room was ready for us! It's a budget hotel, but one reasonable clean which is hard to get in Mumbai. The beds were comfortable and we were happy there was a seperare shower. The breakfast was ok and they made us a fresh omelet. I would recommended staying here when you're on a budget and still want a reasonable clean and ok hotel. Staff was absolutely amazing and extremely friendly. They even let us check out a bit later!
Location is fine... You can pretty much get anywhere with an uber or train, so it doesn't really matter where you stay.

The stay was excellent and loved the hospitality of dragonfly. The 24 hour room boy was quiet handy. It was a very big surprise to find such a big and lavish room with walkin wardrobe in a city like mumbai at such a affordable price.

The breakfast was far above my expectations with idli poha sandwiches parathas omelette etc. Basically it covered indian and continental breakfast which was tasty and fulfilling.

I had booked for just one night but extended my stay for 2 weeks. Overall will definitely come back and would recommend everyone to try this luxurious apartment.
