Dr Prachi is excellent in understanding the cause of the problem and get it resolved by various combinations of excersizes Aqua and land , and with massage and needling , within few sessions iam able to manage my busy schedule getting heal from the aches and pains of my full right side of body which was their from last 1 year. She and her full team is quite professional and special thanks to Dr Yashvi and Dr Prachi for taking care of me as and when required.

First of all heartiest thank you and gratitude with due respect ....To Dr. Prachi mam and Dr. Snehal mam...

I had breathing problem since few months which resulted in complex mobility issues, loss of appetite and weight. My family decided to have sessions with Dr. Prachi Shah Arora.

Prachi mam's meticulous diagnosis is just perfect and up to the mark. She gathered minute details about the condition and suggested to have home sessions for physiotherapy. Various breathing exercises were practised and monitored in the sessions. Dr. Prachi has deep understanding of human body and how to rehabilitate it. She deliberately focused to achieve the goal which is set. The home sessions included a combination of aerobics and strengthening of neck muscles, breathing exercises, spirometry exercise and yoga.
Dr. Snehal is indeed an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable therapist. She is extremely patient and compassionate. She answers the queries calmly and positively. Several equipments and tools were used to improve the postural alignment and respiratory retraining. She always gave comprehensive knowledge about the working of respiratory system in simple words. Her positive approach and guidance were appreciable.

I can see significant and remarkable progress and improvement in my health condition, breathing pattern and mobility. It's indeed a privilege to have Prachi mam as such an amazing guide which not only focuses on health issues but also on overall improvement and development of the patient. She has rejuvenated my life.

Also the entire team was supportive and co operated as needed. They have managed to set the timetable of home sessions as per my requirement.

I've had the benefit of Dr Prachi Shah's understanding of the way the body works in various high stress situations. The exercises & massages combine to give relief & mobility, both much needed in our busy lives. Dr Shah herself is a great motivator & I hope the team opens a centre closer to where I live soon.
