Pathetic experience prior to consulting the doctor. There is no concerns towards patients. People were waiting since 4 hours along with small kids to consult the doctor however doctor or the staff is not at all concerned of the people waiting. If Doctor was in OT and have more follow-up patients for OT then same should be informed when we call for an appointment. When called for an appointment I was informed that there is hardly any patients so I can visit. My visit was for serious concern. If this is the way patients are handled then the doctor should stop consulting.

Dr is super busy, doesn't even spare two minutes to listen to the complaint and charges 1k.. woahhhhhh, not so pleasant experience. Very very rude doctor. He needs to understand that a patient needs his or her doctor to listen patiently and respond politely.
