I recently had a free consultation with Dr Hema on apollo247 platform, and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience.

During the consultation, the doctor was very rude while talking to me. This was disappointing and unprofessional, especially since the appointment was scheduled for free by Apollo 247. As a patient, I expect to receive respectful and professional care, and I did not feel that this was the case during my consultation.

I would suggest that Apollo 247 reviews the doctor's behavior and takes necessary action to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. Perhaps the doctor could benefit from additional training on professionalism and patient care.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience on Apollo 247 and would like to see improvements made to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care.

This lady (Hema) works for an Apollo medicine ordering app, she called me to confirm the order which I had placed for a body lotion and told me that a prescription will be ready and eventually did not process the order at all, what a shame. On the call, she was asking who is the patient named Jayanthi? Is your dad or mom? when the name clearly tells is a female name. I ordered the body lotion at 12 PM which was suppose to be delivered by 6 PM and because of this doctor's laziness, the order was on hold till 5 PM, when I again called the customer service, somone again called me at 5.10 and added a prescription and processed the order which I inturn got the order delivered at 11 PM. So, no sure why Apollo hire these kind of so called doctors who are irresponsible.
