Experience with Dr Bhavin Shial was exemplary. He explained the problems and the diagnosis very patiently and in detail. He answered our queries multiple times and was very upfront and clear about the procedure which made it very easy for us to decide and go ahead. Great Doctor for Orthopedic and Spine problems. When paltients assoc8ate with him they will definately feel 50% better Drs positivity put ls them in a happy and inspirational state of mind and healing already starts. He is a boon to his patients. Although no one would want to undergo surgery of any kind, I had a condition that required a Disc Replacement surgery of the cervical spine. Not having lived in India for a long time we wanted to make sure we chose the right doctor. Is that easy? NOT at all!!! But
based on recommendations and multiple opinions we met Dr.Bhavin who was the last opinion we sought.
The first visit was great and we felt very comfortable with how the examination was conducted and the ease with which we were able to address all our queries. Dr.Bhavin was very calm, patient and most of all very straightforward with the diagnosis. He gave us time to think about the procedure we had to undergo and was open to questions.
We did decide to go ahead with Dr.Bhavin and we were extremely happy with how the process was executed.
We checked into PD Hinduja Hospital at Khar and were very pleased with the level of care by the nurses and other attendant. Nurse Jhanvi, Nidhi, Julie among others were very caring and patient with me throughout the couple of days I was admitted.
Overall the surgery was seamless, nurses were very efficient making me feel calm and composed. Dr.Bhavin will definitely be highly recommended for his composure and extremely reassuring approach. The post operative care has also been great and I am happy to say that I am on the road to a good recovery. Thank you Dr.Bhavin and all Hinduja personnel!!!
