This branch doesn't even deserve 1-star. I have been with Dr batras since last 2 years, though being a regular patient they treat you like they don't have any responsibility towards your treatment. A simple process of sending an email to transfer my case is not done since last 6months. They have taken advance payment for complete grohair treatment for 20sessions, I have barely taken 3-4 sessions, since December I am continuously calling them to transfer my case but there are no steps taken. My treatment has stopped, hair health is declining due to stress given by them itself. Who is responsible for this loss of hair health, my time & my money? I need an answer from the management, if your are not capable enough to run a clinic please give complete refund for my grohair treatment. I no longer want to continue any treatment here.

At the outset I could say - The experience at Dr. Batra's Khar clinic is Great.
All the staff are very meticulous in giving their best services.
The hair and skin therapy sessions are rejuvenating.

Dr. Manisha's treatment is remarkable with her repeated follow-ups.
Therapist Ms. Ayesha Krishna and Govardhan is also very dedicated to give skin and hair therapies.

Decent result but terrible management. Treatment never starts on your allotted slot , usually late by 30 /40 minutes . Always short staffed . They have sent me back twice when my slot was on sat but I went on Sunday due to time management issue but I've waited for hours some days when they are short staffed . Should work on management part , rest is good . Doctor Manisha and Dr. Sinu are very helpful and understanding with deep knowledge
