I was suffering from knee pain. I was told by Dr Ashit that there is a slight gap in my knee. If the pain persists and i don't take care I have to go for surgery. If i reduce my weight and do proper diet , then the gap will not increase. So i started going for yoga and followed proper diet and today I was told by Dr Ashit that I am progressing very well and i need to follow the same. Earlier too I had visited him due to pain in leg. He had suggested for physiotherapy and everything went fine. I thankyou Dr Ashit that without surgery and my strictly following diet and yoga I am cured . Thankyou once again.????????
